INCLUO is designed to simplify the everyday experiences of individuals of varying abilities by connecting them with businesses in their area that prioritize inclusion.

In addition to our Business Directory, we are expanding to include: Local and National Resources from nonprofit and government partners; a curated Adaptive Marketplace where one can find products tailored to your specific need(s)

Who is this platform for?

All abilities welcome! Whether physical, emotional, sensory, intellectual/developmental, invisible/undiagnosed, chronic medical, etc - we’ve carved a space for you!

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If you don’t see a business or resource you need, you can:

  • Add one directly (if you’re a member)

  • Suggest it through our Referral Page or Contact Us form

  • Use our in-app AI to research additional options

  • Inquire through our community forum

Your input helps expand the directory for everyone!

Can I add a business or resource?

Absolutely! INCLUO thrives on community input — the more businesses families add, the stronger our directory becomes.

Members: You can easily add a business directly through the app.

Non-members: You can suggest a business or product anytime by visiting our Referral Page or reaching out via our Contact Us page.

Your recommendations help other families discover inclusive, supportive businesses — and they help those businesses grow too.

Is there a cost to join?

Our goal is to offer INCLUO free for families and caregivers. We believe access to community, resources, and support should never be out of reach.

During our early phases, we may charge a small membership fee to help sustain the platform. But we’ve built in ways to offset that cost: with our Refer & Earn program, if you refer a business that signs up, your family will receive a free year of membership.

For businesses and organizations, INCLUO is a paid platform. Membership grants you valuable exposure, co-branding opportunities, consumer insights, and a dedicated business manager to ensure success — all at a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.

This model allows us to prioritize families while ensuring sustainable growth.

What kind of business qualifies for membership?

All types of businesses are welcome — from restaurants and sports teams to salons, museums, and festivals. If you provide accessibility or adaptability for individuals with special needs, you belong here. Our mission is to make everyday experiences seamless for families with unique needs, just as they are for most neurotypical families.
